The Council of Young Scientists of PSPU discussed the Message of the Head of State


The Pavlodar State Pedagogical University hosted an expanded meeting of the Council of Young Scientists. The main issue on the agenda is the discussion of the main provisions of President’s Message to the people of Kazakhstan “New Development Opportunities in the Conditions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution”.

The discussion was attended by newly elected chairman of the Council of Young Scientists, Ph.D. Nurbolat Alpysbay, deputy chairman of the Master's Master Yeldana Asanbayeva, members of the Council of Young Scientists, among them the laureate of the State Prize named after M.O. Auezov, the First President of the Fund, the title of “The best teacher of the university” Arman Akhmetov, the researcher of Margulan’s Center Enlik Abeova, the director of the museum complex Zharkyn Kabdolov and other young lecturers of the university.

Director of the Department of Science of the PSPU, Aigul Sadykova noted that the Address of the Head of State is an important program document that determines the further development of the country. Young scientists of the university Arman Akhmetov, Enlik Kabykovenovna highlighted the seventh item of the Message “Human Capital is the basis of modernization”, in which great importance is attached to the creation of the necessary innovation and technological base that facilitates the integration of the younger generation into the research, industrial and technological environment, which will give dynamics development of science as a whole. Actual, within the framework of the development of university science is the support of young scientists with the allocation of quotas within the framework of scientific grants. Consideration of the sphere of education as a separate branch of the economy with its investment projects and export potential promotes the commercialization of scientific and technological activities, the introduction of innovative technologies in the educational and research fields.
