Arshabekov Nurgali Rahimgalievich (18/11/1952)

Education: graduated from the Faculty of Philology of KazPI named after Abay in 1975.
Academic status, degree: Doctor of Philosophy. The author of 34 scientific papers and 1 monograph.

Additional information: He began his career in 1970 as a primary school teacher. He worked as a teacher of Russian language and literature in Krasnogorsk college of Zhambyl oblast', then as a teacher of Russian language and literatute methods in Zhambyl Pedagogical Institute.

He worked in Alma-Ata Institute of National Economy in various capacities: teacher, senior teacher, deputy dean of the Faculty of Economic Planning and deputy director of educational-scientific complex “Accounting and Economic Cybernetics”.

Prior to joining the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan he worked as a vice-rector for education and methodology of the Central Asian University. Since 2002 in Ministry of Education and Science he worked as: chief specialist, head of certification and accreditation office, deputy head of state inspection and licensing division of State inspection and monitoring department, deputy head of certification and accreditation division of the Committee on supervision and validation in the field of education and science.

In 2005-2007 he worked as a chief of financial and administrative work division of the Committee on supervision and validation in the field of education and science of MES of RK. Since 2007 he workes as a deputy director of the Development strategy department. During 2009-2011 he worked as a director of the Preschool and Secondary Education Department, a director of Strategic planning and information technology of MES of RK.

In May, 2011 he was appointed as a rector of Pavlodar State Pedagogical Institute.
He was awarded the medal “Yeren enbegі үshіn” (which menas “for valiant work”), breastplate “Honored worker of Education”.

He is married and has three children.

Mukataeva Janat Makanovna (14/03/1957)

Education: Pavlodar State Pedagogical Institute, Biology and Chemistry Department , 1981.

Academic status, degree: Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor.

Thesis: “Regulation of free fatty acid release of calcium from the sarcoplasmic reticulum vesicles”.
Doctoral dissertation: "Morphological and psychophysiological development characteristics of children and adolescents of Pavlodar blast', living in urban and rural areas”.

Research interests: human and animal physiology, age physiology.

Additional Information:

Total work experience: 29 years, including 27 years in the Pavlodar Pedagogical Institute;
Akim's grant for contributions to the science;
Member of the Physiological Society of RK.

Current Projects:

- Monitoring of physical and mental health of schoolchildren of Pavlodar oblast'.

- Inclusive Education.

Beken Sagyndykuly (06/15/1965).

Education: Semipalatinsk Pedagogical Institute (1987-1992), a specialty, “Teacher of the Kazakh language and literature”.

Academic status, degree: Candidate of Philology (1997), Associate Professor (2001), Doctor of Philological Sciences (2004), Professor (2007).

Doctoral dissertation: “Тең дәрежелік қатынастағы тілдік бірліктер” (30.03.2004).

Number of scientific publications: more than 70, including mongoraph “Құрмалас сөйлемнің теориялық негіздері”, 5 tutorials, a textbook “Мәдениеттану негіздері”, a collection of popular scientific articles, “Қазақ тілі: тағылым мен таным”, methodical instructions “Қазақ тілінен мемлекеттік емтихан бағдарламасы”.

Scientific interests: problems of syntax.
